sacred space.
sacred space.
safe containers.
soft landings.
that’s the good good.
i was absolutely cozied by the care and thoughtfulness that oozed from the training i just returned from.
like, at few different times i welled up in awe at the genuineness, the integrity and the generosity of truly passionate leaders and teachers that i gratefully and intuitively stumbled into. welled up in awe, friends. go figure 😉
the type of learning and deep dive exploring that is involved in a yoga training, certainly one that is so spirit driven, is not or should not be taken lightly or held loosely.
and until i was knee deep in the study of myself many years ago, kickstarted by parenthood and my own yoga journey, I didn’t fully understand just how important holding sweet and tender, strong and sturdy space truly was. and, such is life, a few ill managed, boundary busting experiences drove that home AND taught me some of my most precious life lessons to date.
sacred space.
safe containers.
soft landings.
for myself. for others.
be vigilant, juju.
not everyone is meant to hold this for you and you, be so tender and attuned to those who choose you with holding their hearts.
this most recent wide world journey was a big full circle moment, of divine clarity and connection, of validation and celebration of just how far i have come and how much space and expansion is yet to unfold.
in sweet time.
with kind and kindred spirits.
on solid ground with a heart wide open.
