grateful + humbled

not sure where to start …

how does one put into words a once in a lifetime, spirit lead journey that has a profound impact on her life?

maybe ya don’t. 

maybe i honor the experience by allowing it to simply be alive in me. 

the truth is, i don’t think any words i put to it will do it justice. 

what i will say is this, pay close attention to the things that light you up. 

when the universe shows up in full support of your yeses or your nos don’t disregard. 

trust yourself and these connections you’ve cultivated. 

follow your heart and the guidance you’ve received and trust yourself, your work, the journey. 

lean in to those teachers along the way who give of themselves fully so that the world continues to be light and lifted because of their wisdom, generosity and guidance. 

allow yourself to be humbled by a leap beyond comfort zones

and loved by the grace of new friendships, brilliant perspectives and wise souls. 

the evolution of growth is forever if we open ourselves wide and allow it to breathe

and i am here for it. 

beyond grateful for the expansive beauty that my soul bore witness to in Peru 

and I will continue to honor + celebrate this spirit lead journey of embodied living, giving + receiving and the surrendering to dreams as often as possible ✨
