“The last 14 years have been a slow roll back to myself and this bod and a trip of embodying a life of authenticity, alignment and heart. my road and path of rediscovering, reinhabiting, reclaiming has taken time and a continuous learning and this open hearted, raw nerved living has truly brought me to life and is 100% made possible by the daily work of meditation, movement, breath practice and good honest connections. It is not only deep rooted purpose work to hold safe space but one of the truest joys of my life to share and connect what I have learned with others. "
