thank you. thank you. thank you.

I am entering this hibernation season, this transition of time and space

with a damn full heart

thicker socks and maybe body too

this year has been one of many things 

and yet there has been a familiar underpinning 

that has allowed a deeper opening

weaving this life in a way I didn’t plan

although I do believe has been alive in the stars. 

support from both friends and strangers who saw beyond my outside 

light beings who kindled the spark in me that I sometimes didn’t see myself. 

the work I have done to lead me here is important for sure

and I no doubt have been carried and lifted into this life that I love by some brave wild hearts 

seen and unseen 

who witness me in my dull and in my light 

and say we got you

you got you

stay the course of your heart. 

another year of expansion 

another year of contraction. 

and again I sit humbly in awe 

and in gratitude 

for you 

for me 

and this life we are breathing. 

may the next bring us all of this and more in support of our evolution of heart ✨

may it be so.
