a meditation remembering.

meditation is the practice of presence and returning again and again. it doesn’t have to look a certain way, for a certain amount of time, in a specific seat or even mindset.

it’s the pause with some intentionality that creates ripples.

some places do invite you more organically into a moment nearly begging you to pay attention to the beauty of this wild wild world.

may it also remind you of your own innate beauty too and your connection to it all.
