a few things lighting me up ...

the people who share of themselves so openly and tenderly that is reminds me to crack open, gently, even more. we are community. 

the people in my life who shine as bright as the sunshine and who show me my own illumination.  we are light. 

the passion on purpose people i surround myself with who remind me it’s ok to take the next step into the unknown. we are brave. 

the sad and brokenhearted spirits crying and living and giving me the strength to not abandon my grief; instead be moved by it.  we are supported.

the ragers with feet grounded, hand to heart fist in the air, words speaking truth for justice.  reminding me of my own healthy anger. we are warriors. 

my kids wobbling their way into themselves. reminding me to continue learning and growing and trying again tomorrow.  we are evolving. 

the everyday changing and beauty of nature.  showing me how letting go, releasing is an equal part of the journey.  we are present. 

we are this and more. 

and i have been blessed by you.
