mindful movement

mindful movement is a great way to be in THE MOMENT. in my body. learning my edges. creating space in the physical form; a spaciousness that ripples through to the energetic body and beyond. expansion and abundance and enoughness vibrations. fostering release and ease through each exhale. inviting acceptance of BEING and rest as a healing modality with every intentional pause, meditation or savasana.
this practice is one of presence.
it’s important i reflect on my past and dream about my future, that i take nuggets that will support the journey onward but I can’t live for the past or the future. I need all the resources I can find to help be ok in the now moment, in my body fully alive and aware. and i know from practice not from intellectualizing, that mind body spirit practices create foundation and ripples of wholeness and connectedness toward the next evolution.
and so the commitment. the dedication. is an easier choice for me. and it’s still one I have to choose day in and day out.
and so again today, I choose it.
and what beauty it continues to bring to my life.
